Uyen Nguyen BA, BSPT
A graduate from the University of Saskatchewa, Uyen has been consulting as a physiotherapist since 2000. Uyen has extensive experience working with both high caliber athletes and non-athletes, and treats them at all stages of injury from the rehabilitation phase through to the final stages of functional condition.
Special areas of interest include women's health, pelvic floor dysfunctions, pre- and post- natal, and acupuncture. Uyen has completed her Medical Acupuncture, Sports Medicine Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture training, taking her advanced training in Beijing, China.

Louise Taylor BMR (PT), FCAMT, CAFCI
A graduate from the University of Manitoba, Louise has been consulting with THE Downtown Sports Clinics since 1993. Through biomechanical analysis Louise works to identify the root causes of an injury, and then treats with exercise prescription and any combination of manual therapy, spinal manipulation, and acupuncture.
Special areas of interest include injuries related to the aging athlete; issues related to the spine, pelvis and shoulder girdle; and the study of breathing dysfunction and its influence on general muscle tightness and chronic pain states.
An avid outdoors enthusiast and athlete herself, Louise enjoys time in the mountains hiking, biking and downhill skiing, and training for running races including the marathon, triathlon, and Ironman.
