About Rebecca
Rebecca is founder and President of Elan Performance Inc., a company
offering strength and fitness training, life & wellness coaching, Iflow,
and Pilates instruction to athletes, corporate executives, and cancer
survivors.
At the age of 22, Rebecca received one of her most challenging gifts -
an early diagnosis of a rare form of cervical cancer. This diagnosis,
along with its
journey
of pain, turmoil, and healing, lead Rebecca to
some of her
greatest personal
challenges, transformations, and
ultimately to an
awakening of her life purpose: healing herself, ending
her own pain,
nurturing inner peace, becoming her fittest self in body, mind, and spirit,
and supporting
others in the same for
the sake of living their most joyful and powerful lives.
Rebecca has worked in the health & wellness field for over a decade. As a Certified
Professional Coach, Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialist, Pilates Instructor,
Certified IFlow instructor, and athelete Rebecca draws upon her fitness expertise and
her background in sport psychology and life coaching as a means of
supporting
individuals towards
lives of greater fitness, well-being, clarity, inner peace, vitality, and
purpose.
Rebecca approaches both her life and work with compassion, love, zest, and boldness.
Holding the bar high for her clients, they are pushed and supported in leading their fittest
most vibrant, compelling,
inspired,
and meaningful lives.
As a fitness expert,
she has been seen on “The Big Breakfast” show, and written for the
magazines “Impact”, "Rising Women”, and "Out There".
Rebecca resides in Calgary, AB with her husband Bill and their two furry, 4-legged canine
kids: Buster and Bella.
Education: Rebecca received her Bachelor of Kinesiology with Distinction from the University of
Calgary, and is a designated Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Pilates Mat
Instructor (PhysicalMind Institute), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (Coaches Training
Institute), and Certified IFlow Instructor.
